Absolutely friendly and flexible staff. Excellent bathrooms. Well-maintained house and garden. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Great location near shops and beach. Easy access to waterpark and tourist sites. Convenient parking. Original artwork adds unique touch. Helpful staff with local recommendations and medical assistance.

The hotel is located near a dinopark theme park, which can be an interesting attraction for children. the location is great for visiting different places like Porec and Rovinj. the apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped, with a nice garden and free parking on-site. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful tips about the surroundings and even pointing guests to medical assistance if needed.
The internet connection at the hotel is quite poor, which may be disappointing who need it for work or entertainment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me great suggestions for places to visit in the surrounding area. The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good showers. The location was perfect, with a short walk to local shops and a slightly longer walk to a beach that had all the facilities my family needed. Additionally, the hotel had free parking on site, which was convenient. The hotel's beautiful garden added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

We recently stayed in a lovely apartment for New Year's Eve. The location was perfect, only a few minutes away from the local shops and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious, very clean and offered great showers. The best part was the great balcony where we could relax and dry our swimwear. We also appreciated the nice artwork on the walls.
The internet connection was quite slow and we had some trouble streaming shows on Netflix. The plastic sheet on the bed was not the most comfortable, but it was okay for a short stay.

The location was perfect, with a short walk to local shops and a slightly longer walk to the beach. It was also conveniently located near a dinopark theme park and just a short drive from Porec and Rovinj. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the two balconies where we could start our day with a lovely breakfast. we highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
